At Mint Emotions, every order is made with care — printed, packed, and shipped just for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping times, delivery, and returns.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 1–4 business days before shipping. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within:
- Australia: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- UK: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Other destinations: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Please note: these are estimated delivery windows and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
Shipping Locations
We work with trusted production partners around the world. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible to help reduce waiting times and environmental impact.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately. Some products are printed and shipped from different locations, so don’t worry if part of your order shows up first — the rest is on its way!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.
Email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Replacements or refunds are processed once we’ve reviewed your claim.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, as each piece is custom made. If you’d like a different size, design, or style, you can place a new order once the original issue has been resolved.
