How does the order process work?
Once you place your order, it’s carefully made just for you. We’ll print, pack, and ship your item, then send you an email with tracking details once it’s on its way. Most orders are produced within 1–4 business days before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Since our products are made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order hasn’t entered production yet. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries around the world. Your order will usually be sent from the location closest to you to help reduce delivery times and environmental impact.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Shipping times vary by location. Most orders are delivered within:
Australia: 2–5 business days after dispatch
UK: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Other destinations: 10–15 business days after dispatch
Please remember to add production time (typically 1–4 business days) when estimating total delivery time.
Where is my shipment coming from?
We work with a network of production partners around the world. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Some items are produced and shipped separately, depending on their type or location. If part of your order arrives first, don’t worry — the rest is likely on its way. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment when available.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us right away with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges since each item is custom-made, but if there’s a problem with your order we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. If you’d like a different size or design, you can simply place a new order once the first is resolved.
